As If In Silent Prayer
I lay my pen
Before you
And kneel
Upon a page
Wisper
My thoughts
And rages
As if
In silent prayer
Doubts
Creep in
With the grey
And age
More so
These days
The chilly
Evening wind
Book
It closes
The light is out
My pen
Tis down
My head
Upon my hands
As if in silent
Prayer
