As I Lie

As I lie with my die
my death, my cry these tears subside.
No fear no sin, the life is nigh
the end, the grin becomes my mind.
The hate, the shake it seems quite fine
the hope it choked away my time.
The faith it seems a fervent lie
I feel this deal's my greatest crime.
Betwixt the life, the mind, the time
amidst the sin, the grin, the crime.
The faith itself stole all that's mine
so yet I lay and preach this line.
