Artists Create

Hazy image dwindle slowly Crystalized vision ebbs in brilliance Fleeting fantastic random conscienceness Moments as these flow through stimuli nerves and reverberate throughout soul's tuning fork Epiphanies spark to move mountains Pens were wielded... armed with brushes, canvas, and scroll Artists create Artists create in vivid textures Capture feeling in aesthetic Make still life as it moves Reorder chaotic human nature into sublime lines and stanzas Impacting even slightly rewards immeasurably... Artists create to remind of the past and fond. To enlighten with images never seen... creating realities beautiful quilt provoking thought...inspiring Artists create to overshadow the ugly... to encapsulate pain, swallow and destroy it. Artists create to shout louder than hate, drowning it out with melody Artists create to take that hate and deconstruct it, break it into pieces, and make mosaics Artists create to make others stop, if even for a moment....to embrace the life that swirls around them, within them.... in all of us
