Artist Living In the Heart

Splatters of Paint
                            There she goes again
          With her relapse
                                        Doomed for perfection

Pain is her canvas
                                      Only this time
      There are bright colors
                                                Matching the flowers
Outside her room

It seems she has found a way beyond her past and is allowing the brushstrokes of a new day to fill her canvas with the beauty she has finally realized is waiting just outside of the door. There is a happy tone to this and I like how it felt to read. Very creative in theme and format Trisha.
