Art
Beautiful Boy
Your life
used to be a canvas
Filled
with darkness, splattered witih confusion
A cloud of bitterness
hangs heavily on your shoulders
I see how the aggressive colors integrate with
the blotches of pain painted
prodominantly in the horizon
and
I get lost
in
your Mona Lisa's Smile.
Still you suffer all the while
The sadness hidden
Due to your perfect painters style
I am an art critic who will look on for a while
And I see how
Your Mistakes are
shaded with
such
displeasure
Reddish hue, you never think it will get better
your regret
concisely brush stroked, won't escape you
but artist of your life
life will no longer be painted for you
And I see how you try to make it go away
Alcohol and drugs
All in dissaray
But my friend I still see you
In this somber world
where life can imitate art
You won't let it.
Your Defiant Eyes
Challenge
the world
Bettering yourself for the greater good
Your a work of art.
