Notes About The Poem

This poem is from my website, ravenhowell.com. I hope you check it out for lots of children's poetry and activities and inspiration!

Arrival

Summer arrived,
and the fuzz buzz of bees,
so did the fireflies'
flicker and tease,
so did the peepers
and green leaves on trees,
and the mellow of sun
to do as it pleased.

Lovely, cute and musical, Raven. I visited your site; it is very interesting and I shall be going back to it when I find time. Hope I will also make time to look up your father's poetry. Regards // paul

It's about sound. Jackson Pollock thought so too. You get the color in too. Congrats, daver
