Around The Garden ( series)

Cry Baby

I am so sorry rubber tree,
you’ve grown too big,
you block my view.
I hate to trim your limbs divine,
with plate size leaves,
the vinyl kind.
It’s not that trimming is such a feat,
just when I do,
you start to weep.

How sad for rubber tree.... I once had a small fern that hung in my window, that turned into a monster... no matter how much I trimmed.. it grew.. so I found it a new home.. before it took over completely.. love Constance

Jeralynn, I've never grown a rubber tree, but I have seen plenty of them. Those tears...are they used for tires? Smiles Dane Ann
