AROMATIC LOVE

AROMATIC LOVE

Love is always a majestic beauty that endures destiny with grace,
The humble daisy breathes in everlasting devotion like an unspoken prayer,
The colorful chrysanthemum bears its tempting fate like an old nightmare,
And in the tear-stained angel's embrace nestles a rapture beyond reach.

The sunny violet buries a merciless vanity within its delicate petals,
The moonlight of a warm soul seeks shelter from a despair that never ends,
The dark side of sunlight gleams across mountainous seas without a witness,
And the agonized sky never hides its hunger to put out the growing flames.

Its bloodied tears are etched upon the cold and unyielding hyacinth,
Its verdant smile forever forgives the accidental failures of a life well worn,
Its fragrance waters the sincere red carnation each time the clock ticks past,
Like a slow rain falling over fields of memories deeply and sweetly torn.

Love's angelic song holds worth only when it cares for nothing fragile,
When it pays no mind to the temporary lily delicate as a morning breath,
Black daybreak never touches it, it drifts above every form of exile,
It is an old and sacred history carried in fragrance and light beyond death.

And we are the carnation and the hyacinth and the violet and chrysanthemum,
We are the fragrance that waters the silence between two hearts that search,
Our aromatic love breathes in devotion like a flower reaching for the sun,
And blooms in the dark precisely when the world believes we've lost our worth.
