Argueing

when we argue it aint nice

it comes at such a hefty price

my heart it breaks why cant you see

your the holder of its key

get ahold and grip it tight

squeeze it hard with all your might

drain each drop like you dont care

i hurt yours its only fair

my heart is fighting with all its clout

cant you hear it scream and shout

feel its beat slow right down

then throw it to the blessid ground

watch it wither watch it die

then look me straight into eye

and watch again as i cry

the tears you see are stained with blood

from my heart this is not good

now heed this warning before i go

my heart no longer out on show

one day you will really see

how much you meant inside to me

my feelings are still quite raw

i know you heard and you saw

now its time to end this ryhme

hoping one day again youll be mine

Ouch, sorry if this is you.I remember my mind made up to try not to encourage a row further when I read on a writing pad 'There are two sides to every arguement, but I simply don't have time to listen to yours'.To me the key is in listening to the pain, and trying to mend it in some small way.Things happen in our lives influencing us further down the line, but we can make a difference, however small, throw back some love and help mend it.Kind regards, thanks for commenting my writes...Anna-Marie.

a relationship without arguments is like winter without fall but sometimes it is wise to tighten your lips and not say what you are thinking i learnt this out the hard way

aww a good poem but quite sad, arguing causes so much heartache and pain, when things are said in the heat of the moment it can not be taken back, yes people can say sorry but the next time you can guarantee something from previous argument will crop up, me and my husband both vowed we will never argue and we never have done, Love always conquors all, Love comes from God we should treasure it and nurture it sadly some take it for granted and cause fights not Love, God bless from diane
