arent you going to say hello

I did not recognize my neighbor Todd. He was wearing thick white make up And an outfit that looked like a stuffed dress with a tale. He did not look like he wanted to be noticed, so I pretended I did not know him As I got off he said “Aren’t you going to say hello?” Re-teaching me a lesson I should know never think you can read somebody’s mind.
