Are You Out There

To hold my hand,
To kiss my cheek,
To snuggle when it's cold outside,
To make my life an amusement ride.

To be there- when I need to vent,
To lift me when I'm down,
To be my best friend- my man,
To keep me and hold me in his hands.

To love me,
To want me,
To trust me with everything,
To forgive me when my words sting.

To make mistakes,
To clean up nice,
To- when he's wrong- apologize,
To never wear a disguise.

To want what I do,
To share my desire,
To surprise me with some flowers,
To show me all his mighty powers...
