Are You Happy With You

The ugly things
That people do
I constantly wonder
Are you happy with you?

The horror you cause
The damage you wreak
Now that it’s over
What did you seek?

Did you think that one day?
You’d pull out a gun
Aim it around
Watch everyone run

Do you find joy in this?
Is what scares me the most
Wrong time, wrong place
And then I’m a ghost

A ghost to you
Since you don’t see
The people around you
And what they can be

If you hate so much
Then just go away
Away from the people
Who don’t have a say

They don’t have a say
Since they never knew
When they left home that day
Life would be ended by you
