Are You A Believer?
Will you follow the world?
Or will you follow the Lord?
It’s time to state your destination,
What are you walking toward?
You can’t follow two masters,
So, tell me, what’s it going to be?
Remember, blest is he who believes
And yet still hasn’t seen!
Are you a believer? Will you cry out, amen?
Are you willing to show the world
That you’re following Him?
Eventually you have to decide
So, I’ll ask you once again:
Are you a believer? Will you cry out, amen?
Do you hear the Lord call?
Or do you just hear yourself?
I’m amazed so many people
Listen to nobody else.
We must take up our cross
And follow on His way.
When you hear Him call your name
Just what will you say?
Are you a believer? Will you cry out, amen?
Are you willing to show the world
That you’re following Him?
Eventually you have to decide
So, I’ll ask you once again:
Are you a believer? Will you cry out, amen?
Take courage, He is with us if we but call out His name.
Lift your voice, to all the world proclaim:
I am a believer! And I cry out, amen!
I am willing to show the world
That I’m following Him!
I have come to my decision
So, I’ll say it once again:
I am a believer! And I cry out, amen!
