Are You
Are you out to get meaning from the meaningless,
Find taste in the tasteless,
Seeking solace from the heartless,
Or inspiration from the bottom of a glass.
Perhaps you are spending time looking for the pot of gold at the end of
the rainbow and not even getting close.
Maybe you are tossing good money after bad,
When there is little work to be had.
Of course I could be wrong and you may be strong enough,
Not to be distracted from your true purpose in life.
One thing I'm sure of though is;
That you will meet others who are following at least one of these paths.
How far they go down them,
May just be up to you.
