Are They Princesses
Are they princesses? The little girls asked the orchard master.
He knew they were not, but they wanted them to be, so he nodded.
They were actually his daughters, Jessica and Joyce, age fifteen.
What are they doing? One of the five-year-olds asked.
They were collecting apples, but that sounded common.
So, he replied “They are painting the apples red.”
They nodded in an excited way, understanding fully.
