Arctic Land

The cool blue ice moves down the inlet
Clear and pristine like blue diamond glass
Seals playfully jump and dive
Making ripples of rings on the silent surface
Radiating them out until they disappear
Crisp and cold in this land of ice
Clear and serene on a calm day
Land that is frozen in time
Disturbed only by the wind and crashing waves
Or the animals that live in this arctic domain
Land of the midnight sun
With no morning or no dawn
Undisturbed by man
Only nature showing it's hand
