April Night

old friend, it is I who calls you back;
holding your daily routines intact,
feelings, visions, in my minds time machine.

April's ride
no dream

high on the fairest wheel;
in mid air a top of two sphere's,
once again there.

subtle move's I anticipate,
anxiously my body responds;
whispering breath, blows across my ear.

emotions wraps me, your arms place me nearer,
revolving sphere's circle us,
our time, old friend will never pass.

familiar comfort holds me throughout,
old friend, remain with me April's night,
foggy, lonely, sleepless so right;
familiar comfort holds me.

April's delight.

were excitement shaped our lives.
sadness reside now that you're away,
desperation to revisit life we made.

I hold emotions we shared
hats, over coat, jeans
like a that garment you love to wear
my eye's search for a sign, in hopes
that life is reassigned
