Appreciation of Ministers
It is of the purest truth that the whole duty of man is to love God and thy neighbor.
However, for pastors, ministers, bishops, and priests, this is a calling of extraordinary labor.
Few and far between are ordained to present themselves before a congregation,
to spread the word of wisdom, healing, thought-provoking advice, and salvation.
Ever striving to teach and assist their fellow man with blood, sweat, and tears.
Calluses have formed on their knees from fervent penitence over the many years.
Behold their discretion in the spirit; ultimately, heaven's very best.
Tempered in the furnace of life and having passed a tumultuous test.
Surely, the honor shall henceforth be bestowed upon those select few,
who brings forth spiritual enlightenment foresight and insight.
Blessings are upon those who help the multitude
to discern and sift out the wrong from the right.
We set before you our appreciation for your passion and chosen path.
May you have unbounded blessings of health and prosperity to you from your congregation.
The sacred gift for this relentless and solemn duty is
Surely to be named in the book of life and glorious salvation.
