Appreciation

I have much appreciation of my welcome
PD was the first poet to read my scribbles
to her and many others of you my thanks
there's so much in life to be thankful for

So much to return, people who walk with me
even if for just a short few stumbling steps 
to give to others shows your appreciation
it enriches your life and feeds your soul

My heart is full of the blessing from others
I try to return in full measure all I receive
to live a life of caring, nurturing, inspiring
is my way of returning appreciation to others

Shadow is what most people call me and as PD is also Linda it seemed to make sense. I play a lot of backgammon and my first internet name was shadowind which got shortened and stuck lol once again ty much appreciated Shadow
