Apples for breakfast A banana for lunch Celery for supper I hear the crunch Goodbye potatoes Butter and cheese too Good bye stomach I never liked you Water all day in big Tall iced glasses I know what to do To get rid of these asses Apples for breakfast A salad full of sorrow I am not in the mood today Maybe tomorrow.

I used to eat apples for breakfast every morning as I was counting points, and they only have 70.

Thank you Connie. My daughter was making me a full out vegetable lunch, and this came racing out of my mind onto a page. I did what any poet would do, naturally. Threw it onto a page, hoping it made a semblance of sense.

Thank you Orochi. I am usually up there because my self-goal is ten poems a day. Considering I started on this site, and started writing poems in February of last year -Feb 15th, 2018, to be exact, this is fun to think of. Thank you for letting me know. Merry Christmas and Happy New Years.
