I emit a happy sigh when I think of apple pie. I pray to angels, above, on high for an abundant supply, and that its aroma may amplify glorious apple pie.

Hello David, Yes, a good homemade apple pie can really hit the spot. I am right there with you. I grew up on farmlands and orchards so we always had a supply of apples for the pie. Spring Blessings, My Dear Friend, Daniel

I've been thinking a lot about apple pies. I have all the ingredients. Each day, it looms larger in my mind. I need to do this thing. Technically, it will be an apple cobbler, as I’ve made many times before (granny smiths, no sugar, but cooked in wine, with nutmeg, cinnamon, and walnuts). I will serve it warm with vanilla ice cream. Yes, I've been thinking a lot about apple pies! lol
