Appearances Aside Ii

She stands so tall,
She moves so fine.
Her dresses are designer line.
She works for leisure,
Pressure off.
Each need dismissed with but a scoff.

And yet-
She pays careful homage to the makeup that she chooses,
Skin tones carefully blending in, she seeks to hide the bruises.
Appearances aside.
