Tough write. Sometimes it's more dependency than love that keeps two together. This was a look at the "horror of reality." Vince

'sick of himself for excuses' is great. It allows the poem to exude a sonnet form as that line suggests a turn in the narrative from the inner feeling to the way that feeling is interpretated. I think that the lack of grammatic rules also gives a sense of anarchy (anything goes) to the poem. Well structured and a very punchy poem.
