Anti Scocilized

. and the pain and suffering begins,
as i type away with my spirersilk fingers,
nothing makes any sence,
do you understand this world,
im freezing,
sleeping though my eyes are flickering across the channels of space,
do you see me and my screams are just purple echos,
like grape soda spilled across the air,
unable to breath when no one is here,
alone though im in a crowd,
crowned by these thorns,
im not your lord,
im just a girl like appaloosa,
screaming in all sence of the word.
screaming and i laugh because my attempts are whispers in this world.
where is my steed that will bring me away,
carry me to where i can feel free and there is no night and day,
the sun is a grape in the sky,
and it lies,
saying all with be okay, it lies,
and the moon is a silver spoon cussing out words,
spelling them one at a time,
two halfs good and bad, light and dark,
wheres the ark that was meant to carry all into the good world,
did i miss the ride? -sigh- -laugh- hahaha
dont you just want to die!?
i see happieness is just a slip away but the steel is door,
the door is steel and its unable to move for me or you.
just as my teacher said we cannot beat the system.
what system is he talking about. druggie.
the pain likes to soffocate me,
making it irresistably hard to try to breath,
and though i may not breath i find one thing to be true,
falling into place to be true.
im a zombie.
walkign the halls are zombies.
of all differnet kinds.
scocilized.

For sure you're talking about the gross complexity that covers the earth. The world is becomming so complex, that no human mind will be able to run it, then the beast,(computer) will take over all duties of the human brain. And then humanity will be rule over by the beast. Sincerely, Love, Moses

Hi Rain: Your poem Anti Scocilized really hit close to home. It reminded me of how things could be sometimes at school. Good writing. My definition of a zombie is a person that is unaware of the pain and suffering in the world, that walks around with a ritalin or prozac smile on their faces...Amen. Yours truly: Sheol

nope you can't be a zombie, zombe's don't care that they're zombies, they just are...mindless, pointless, running around trying to please people, they don't have much time to stop and think. In the end the only way to not be a zombie is to realize you have far more control then you want to admit. Maybe not about global warming or terrorist attacks, but ultimately you do control your thoughts and feelings, not the other way around. I know I know, way easier said then done...
