Another year has ended,
Farewell to 2020,
Unable to say anything great,
It made the whole world,
Long for God’s mercy.
Thanks be to Covid-19,
To make people realise,
There is some one above,
Everything and everybody,
An almighty power.
Another year has dawned,
Welcome to 2021,
Hope you will do some good,
For the mankind,
You came with vaccine,
Let it be an year of progress,
Do not let down people who trust,
And lean against you,
Make it an year of service,
And an year of gladness.
