Another Way To Know

There it goes
like a spotlight still in focus,
but moving from world to world
where dimension does not protest,
but leads the way.

It is a beautiful way to watch, to be sure.
But it demands some doing, some silence.
Some trust.
Then from the hollows of another heaven
it comes.
From the rising of the deepest part of the I
it comes.
This is the overflow;
this is the largesse that is needed.
It is invoked not by common sense.
It comes.

This is the way the world is going.
It is love that rises
when knowing disappears.

Thanks. I'm not sure this one is even worth a revision. It is the first after a long creation-dead period for me; I'll give it some thought.

What is [It] define pronouns, perhaps you didn't want us to know [it is love until the end] what are you saying love is? Perhaps describe in poetic language without naming in verse one, using metaphor as you did [like a spotlight still in focus]. You don't need the word [still] it weakens the image. Don't forget to use poetic devises, http://quizlet.com/4073015/list-of-poetic-devices-flash-cards/ Light & Love

Some devices do appear--simulacrum, metonymy, repetition, metaphor (hollows of heaven)

though, Debbie, I will say that I do employ devices frequently, when I think it will enhance a meaning. Here, I'm not sure if any of them would.
