Another Perspective
From earth's shore, the sun is more.
Without it's light, the day is night.
Yet it's the earth, in its obsession,
that orbits the sun as its possession.
Chasing warmth, gets pulled and spun
A losing game, that's not been fun.
But that defeat was subjective
being seen, from the wrong perspective.
The universe so vast and grand,
Fits in the palm of my father's hand.
The sun may be the center of the solar system,
but I belong to an eternal kingdom
