Another Day

Every early morning
I see a little bird perched
on the roof top
next door out my window.
I watch two or three crows
in the tall eucalyptus tree.
My cat rubs my legs
and waits for food
I wonder what
they think of all of this.

Very good descriptive images, Joan! I, too, own a cat. Are they not the best? Cats don't wonder, as we do...they are too busy enjoying life as it is. So lucky! I wish I were one of them. Panagiota xx
