Another awkward thing about being human

Who to blame,
And when to blame them,
Awkward.

Should we take all the blame,
As recommended by counselors who are lame,
Or should we live by the Maxam that it takes 2 to tango,
and only take half the blame.

Not keen on politicians or CEO's who never take the blame,
Some hold the never seen by anyone sober, Gremlins to Blame,
Yet others hold the weather, particularly El Nino to blame,
Many hold a God they don't believe in to blame.

Some hide the evidence that points to them to shift the blame,
Others never seem to be around to get the blame,
Some who are rich hire lawyers to attach no blame.

I feel sorry for those who always look guilty even if not to blame,
And those who are always in the wrong place when someone
  has to take the blame.

Don't feel sorry for those who try to blame,
Those who were never trained to do a job without Blame,
Those who fabricate reasons for others to take blame,
When there was no reason to hand out blame.
Or those who think it fun to find others to blame,
And feel no shame.

I tend to blame nobody,
Whenever I see them coming down the stairs.

Who do you blame?

I will take the blame for writing this poem because I got bored,
With nobody else at home to blame.

Have a blame free day.

Thank you so much Jacqueline. You are right there is much to ponder about with proportioning blame for so many issues. Hope 2025 is a great year for you. Best regards David
