Anniversary
We met on the corner of your block one day,
What ever more could i say
An angel sent down from heaven above
To show me real love
But
I didnt know that down the road
It would still be you and me
And
How happiness like this could be
It was you that let me see,
How special the 2 of us are as "we"
We had our ups and downs
Yes,how crazy that it sounds
Now 10 years has past
I'm sure some didnt think it would last
But
We sure put their feelings in the past
Three kids later,
What more could i have asked
My love for you grows ever more
I so look forward for what the future has in store
