Animating innate vibrance
The scene was set, the date was on
Preparations planned, what could go wrong?
As time elapsed, the time to meet
The nervous energy felt so sweet
The ticking clock ebbed and flowed
The journey there was fraught and slowed
Anticipation of thoughts entwined
Could this be a meeting of mind?
Controlling heartbeats, the exchange begins
Random chatter inquisiting
To test the thoughts of one another
And gauge the life to be together
The evening ends in sweet abandon
The journey home, time for reflection
And so begins the enticing prologue
The key to a fragile heart can unlock
