Animal Guessing Game Number 3

I lay my eggs in water.
              I criticize my daughter.
              My eyesight is super keen.
            My nymphs are rarely seen
We are formidable predators, my children and I.
Our lower lips snatch prey as it tries to float by.
                         Who Am I?
                              X
                              X
                              X
                              X
                             X
                             X
                             X
                             X
                             X
             BBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBB
                 BBBBBBBBBBBBBB
                      BBBBBBBBBB
                            BBBBBB
                                BBB
