Animal Guessing Game Number 1

I’m the largest of the seals 
No I do not own any wheels
I’m longer than a car
To see me you’ll come far
I weigh four and a half tons
And I rarely have the runs.
I roar at my rival.
To be scary is vital.
In mating season 
I will commit treason
