Angry To Let Go

Tell me I'm wrong About my previous song Because my brain is stuck on It everyday & all day long Stuck thinking of you Don't know what to do It's getting harder to view Over the horizon with you Since I've known you: I grew And learned to bust through Some insecurities but few Have remained or started anew The words in my vocabulary are few And by far too limited, too Sing my thoughts -I'll learn some new Make'm rhyme but still, songs go askew They get repetitive and overdue Messed up like a person who Can take a heart and tear it in two Then come back and try to woo That same person who's true And who'd fallen for you But no matter how many I learn I could will never explain The more for you, I yearn The more it causes me pain Its not even close to being nice yes, I rhymed "you" in this song twice But it doesn't matter Looks like I struck out So bring up your next batter So I can hurry and get the f*ck out And take with me my dignity & whatever's left of my masculinity Or the pieces of my identity For this love didn’t go on to infinity People ask why I write these songs why they're so full of pain & sorrow This song just like the others belongs On paper, you get another tomorrow Or maybe tonight They just fall out of my head I see my head isn't right They appear when I am in bed How about i write a verse about A man thats walks under a cloud Whatever he does or where he may go The cloud is soaking him head to toe Forced to live his life in rage But if you see the message Its the same song on a previous page Or how about a song of a unicorn That's a happier subject of course Until you realize the thought is torn Cuz it's nothing more than a horse Or a vision of fantasy It took a lot for this man to see That no matter the weather If I let go of you; I’ll be better
