Anger Vs Forgiveness
One could choose
to stay angry; mad as hell…
for whatever strife caused.
Or one could choose to forgive.
Forgiveness puts the mind at ease.
Anger, on the other hand, corrodes it.
I’d choose forgiveness every time.
And I assume most people would, too.
It’s just too exhausting to stay mad;
too much of a chore!
