oh wow Francine this is a good one my friend.. amazing insight into anger.. my hubby is so guilty of this bad temper and I have taken a fly swatter to him lately..haha.. it has woken him up a bit luv.. good luck in the contest .. if only we counted to ten .. like we all used to .. luv.. haha..worked..
