Anger Beast

ANGER BEAST Anger is a crooked path to lead the feet astray, Thru tangled brush and thorny weeds, To scratch the skin away. Anger is a gruesome knife grinding at the heart, It twists and turns with disregard 'Til pain cannot depart. Anger is a ruthless foe to tear away a slice, To break in two who should be one And turn the heart to ice. Anger is a beast to fear, in us a thing to hate. Yet only love and prayer can kill This cruel and woeful trait. Copyright 2005, Kathryn Search
