Very true! Sadness is disguised by so many other emotions; anger is definitely one that afflicts many. Enjoyed this.

Thank you Susan. I am an elementary school counselor, and I see sadness all the time masked as anger. I learned a long time ago to ask not "why are you mad?" but instead, "why are you sad?" it has served me well. This is when the floodgates open.
