Anger

Damn anger
How I hate that emotion
It attacks like a knife
It’s a form of control.
Its like an ultimation
To do as you say

I’m so tired of eggshells
So tired and old
I can’t fight anymore
Don’t want to be told.

On my own I am safe
No one will abuse
No anger to hurt me
Or make me feel used.

Wake up to yourself Rob
You can go it alone
You’ve done it before
On your own you are fine
