Anger
Quietly
Without warning
It starts to rise
Like a ghost
It seeks your demise
In chest
Of peaceful being
It starts to boil
Sending her
Over the edge
Onto dry soil
Like dagger
through Lung
Unease is sung
By overthought Whispers
In brutal mind
The truth unwinds
No sense can be made
No words can be said
Only the red
That rises again
Like bull in the ring
Charging every moving thing
Being mocked
For its confusion
By onlookers
That don't see
Terror of not knowing
What lies beyond
The red drapes looming
Violently fighting
Mocking song
The dagger is turned
While within
Being set off
This unease again
Tears dwell not far off
Waiting for final walk
Ending down the wharf
Silently they whisper
Knowing she is reaching end
Their mouths move quick
Unable To understand
Silver fork-tongued devils
in for the kill
Calling the command
When she looks up
Ferocity is clear
In murky blue eyes
Where peace no longer dwells
Sombrely replaced by
Quick paced fear
Knowing
Awaiting
Final deafening shot
Finally to be set off
Click bang
She bolts
Not knowing where to go
Like animal in blind panic
Lashing
Biting
Aggression manic
Crazy confusion clanging down
Like chains of slave bound
Untrusting of any truce
She cowers in a corner
Nothing seems to soothe
the anger so violent
So bottled up within
now bursting
Destroying what once was
A peaceful being
Ruined at last
