Anger
I’m not going to let my anger control me.
I’m not going to let any one pull me down.
I’m not going to let anger blind me.
Anger can be used for evil.
Anger can be used for revenge.
Anger can be used to harm yourself.
Anger can blind you.
Anger can change you.
Anger can destroy you.
But it won’t blind me.
But it won’t change me.
But it destroy me.
But it won’t be used for evil.
But it won’t control me.
But it won’t hurt me or others.
