Angels of Night

ANGELS OF NIGHT

They are the angels of night,
 Never seen in the light,
   No one knows their plight,
 Or could even understand,
   But they plague the land,
 With a ghostly hand,
   Looking for your shadow's fall,
  Hungry for pain,
   With nothing to gain,
   But knowing your heart's fear,
  So you can depart dear,
Like the work of art you are,
  Behind the bricks,
   Which encase your wit,
  And suppress your soul,
   So your own destiny,
  You can depict,
Well, what are you waiting for?......
