Angels In the Darkness
When I look outside all I see is the black of night,
In the darkness of the world.
The evil and cruelty of mankind is,
Unfathomable and blinds even the hero.
The warrior and saviors in this land,
Are angels that protect us in the shadows.
We all know that they are there and,
We can sense their presence.
Yet, we all praise them and hold them on high.
The angels give me hope and faith.
I see the evidence every day.
I thank them for letting me see the,
Light when I felt only darkness.
I think the world holds these angels as,
Supreme beings sent by God as his messengers.
Their messages bring hope and freedom for all,
Hoping to change the world for good.
