Angels

They say angels walk the Earth-
Well I know, we had our Mom
The trouble is what life is worth
When the time will come

This journey won’t be easy
Incomplete without your guidance
Reality makes me queasy
And resulted in subsidence

The world comes crashing down
And time remains relentless
Each smile turns to a frown
And the air leaves me breathless

But beneath all the hurt
All the tears that cloud my mind
We mustn’t subvert
How much love is left behind
