I carve angel wings on the go,
under a sky of twinkling lights.
It's the only art form I know,
creating angels in the snow.
Ascending; Luna moves so slow
giving birth to the long, cold nights.
I carve angel wings on the go
under a sky of twinkling lights.
Giving birth to winter's long nights,
a virgin moon bleeds in the sky.
Guiding the clouds with gold highlights
Luna now readjusts Her sights,
filling my heart with sweet delights
granting my soul wings to fly.
Giving birth to winter's long nights,
a virgin moon bleeds in the sky.
