Angel Wings

If I had wings,
I would fly away,
I would leave all these troubles behind.
If I had wings,
I would be an angel,
For wings are surely a sign.

If I were an angel,
What joy it would be-
No earthly cares to bear!
Just doing God’s will,
Flying here and there,
And answering all those prayers.
