The Whiskey Taster’s Flavor Guide

Angel Wine

When you slip away
   as you must
To be with the others
   waiting for you

My tears will be drop falling
   raining hard
   from the missing of you,
Soaking through from the deep
within the all of my within.

Then I’ll remember,
   once you said
You would save me a seat
   at your table
   with a view.

So I await a time to come
   when we shall sit
   at your table
   with a view
and toast our new home
with a glass of angel wine.
