Angel Or Devil

Angel or devil
She be what you choose
But remember in time
What there's to lose

A torn man finds comfort
In the pleasures of flesh
For those that he hurts
He couldn't care less

A desire that lies
Dormant inside
Till the devil he casts
All of his cares aside

Like his promise pathetic
Filled with lies and deceit
He won't go to the place
Reserved for the meek

Fallen from grace
By love of the lust
Speaking in words
No mortal should trust

So heed of this warning
Whatever you do
Angel or devil
It be yours to choose

Thanks Elissa. I hate when I go back only to find mistakes in my poems, but thanks to you I found them and fixed them.
