Angel of My Heart
In a time when I gave up
I was broken and alone,
God heard my prayers
and sent one of his own.
She came to me
in my time of pain,
She touched my heart
And made me believe again.
She is my rock
the very air I breath,
nothing else matters
I have all I need.
Even in the fog of war
She lit my way,
Giving me hope
For a brand new day.
I never thought
All my dreams would come true,
I look in those deep blue eyes,
And know all I need is you.
I will be with you soon
Angel of my heart,
Nothing in this world
Could ever tear us apart.
What was once broken
Is now made whole,
Thanks to the angel of my dreams
and the heart that she stole.....
