Angel of Mine
I died.... I know for a fact I did... I felt the arrow pierce into my heart and out
through my shoulder... So... Why am I still standing? No traces of wounds... No blood...
No NOTHING... all that's left is stained feathers... Maybe from a bird.. Who got
startled... But no birds in sight..... How could such a miracle occur? My search began...
Tracking and research the origins of my miracle... Not knowing what to look for... What I
might find... Or if it's even fact... Somehow my heart beats Slower... And the face of a
beautiful woman.... Appears... When I sleep... She infiltrates my dreams... She loves
me... And vows to protect my life... But... I don't know who she is... Her hair so shiny..
A glossy black with hazel brown eyes... Her smooth mocha colored skin soft to the hand's
touch... It all feels so real... But yet just a dream... She keeps her eye on me... Never
letting me stray... She hides me when I'm in trouble... Keeps hope alive.. But when I wake
up she's gone..
